You know how to sell the dream, and now that it's time to scale up, you might even have the money to help you make the sell! You've gone from struggling to find unicorns for peanuts when you were in a start up to being a step closer to that unicorn status. You might well have got involved in employer branding, ATS implementations or even managed a person or two! 

You understand that process as you scale is important, as is working in a new and growing team, and you excel at both.

To be part of our community, you must have the following experience as a minimum:

  • 5 years or more Recruitment Experience
  • 2 years of more of Internal Experience
  • 2 years of more of experience within the scale up sector.
  • Exposure to agency Recruitment

If you meet this criteria, we will interview you. Simple!

The majority of our successfully placed candidates will be paid on a day rate, Outside IR35 basis.

Why should I apply?

Why don't you post jobs for clients?

Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment

What makes you different to other agencies?

We like to think our candidate centric approach sets us apart from the 'big' HR agencies. We see and treat you as people, and get to know you first when interviewing you.

When will you get me a job?

We're focusing on building out our database at the moment, and will start speaking to clients late November/early December - right before Christmas, the infamously best time to start finding work.
