We're Adam Pomerenke and Anjelic Kumedzina, the two LLs behind Tallented.
A get to know with the founders Adam & Anjelic...
Our mantra:
Anj: We don’t take ourselves too seriously but we do serious work!
Adam: We're the good guys- We put the love back into Talent Acquisition!
Describe each other in three words:
Adam on Anj: Vocal, Compassionate, focused
Anj on Adam: Delivery focused, highly likeable, A-grade rolemodel on Dad humour.
Our backgrounds:
Adam: Both of us started our careers working agency side in the talent acquisition industry, honing our skills and gaining valuable experience. However, we soon realised that our true passion lay in helping organisations build and optimise their talent acquisition strategies from within.
Anj: We’ve both spent several years of working as Talent Acquisition Directors in-house, both in a Global and domestic capacity. We’ve had the opportunity to work across a range of cool organisations from establish 50,000 strong headcounts to 100 person scale ups. All of them have been wild and have given us immense learning opportunities.
Why now:
Adam: After what can only be described as a turbulent few years for Talent Acquisition and across the wider economy, we both identified gaps in the market that we felt needed addressing. We have always had a heightened lens on the candidate experience but this period has shown the experience to be exceptionally poor for professionals in the Talent Acquisition space. We know we can do better.
Anj: We appreciate that the market can feel tight for organisations, we are here to challenge and disrupt traditional models to provide solutions that work for both our clients and candidates. We’ve organised returner programmes, helped companies design road maps that are self service, as well as a plethora of other projects that we're buzzing to do again. Further, we've had organisations ask for us to help for 1 day a week due and we accept that agility is the way forward.
Adam/Anj: We finally decided to take the plunge and set up own talent consultancy.
About about you both personally?
Adam: Avid Aston Villa supporter, love watching and playing most sports, feverantly working on improving my Chess ELO and a new Dog dad.
Anj: Mumtrepreneur, 3 daughters and a SUPER FIT husband ( He owns a gym! lol). Also a traveller and foodie, creative (Love all things art, architecture) but much better taste in football teams. Arsenal supporter.
Joanna Sitanari - Tallented Community Manager
I joined Tallented after a few years working for Annapurna recruiting HR contractors! It's my role to keep our bench engaged with Tallented, organising events, ensuring we're doing everything we can to help them!
Arsenal fan girl, and ultimate chatter box. Sadly not a dog owner, but a lover of the people, which is why I joined Tallented.

Lauren Harrop - Talent Acquisition Business Partner
I'm Lauren, I started out in agency before moving to Bentley where my love for TA began! I've since managed TA teams at Likewise and D2L. I use that expertise to interview people that are interested in joining the Tallented bench
I'm passionate about unearthing top-tier talent, I'm not your average Talent Acquisition Partner, I'm the Sherlock Holmes of recruitment, with a knack for finding the perfect match!
Nick Mortimer - Advisor
I'm Nick, I started out in agency recruiting IT professionals, before joining Troi as one of their first employees.
I helped grow Troi to help establish one of the first embedded companies out there, becoming a Director in 2020. I'm advising Tallented on their embedded model as we all begin our next chapters!
At the weekend you'll either catch me looking after my newborn, or watching Palace draw 0-0 or some real football at Dulwhich Hamlet
