Adam Pomerenke - Founder
It's always been a dream of mine to start my own company, and after a decade of consulting with blue-chip companies such as BP, Porsche, Discovery Channel, GAME, Post Office and many others, I decided to take the plunge.
It's been a journey finding our place in the market, but after a few years what's really resonated with our clients is our ability to deliver an exec-search recruitment service at a contingent price point, and access to a world-class bench of TA folks.
Whilst we've worked with both corporate and Third sector clients, I've really gotten a kick out of working our growing list of MAT and Charity clients. Working with those whose offer a tangible 'good' in the world is a cherry on the top for me.
Outside of work, I am loving life as a very content Aston Villa fan, I enjoy strategy games such as Chess, Poker and Catan, as well as fooling myself that running 5-10k is sufficient training for an upcoming (October 2025) marathon.
Daily park meetings with our CDO, Ollie, also take up a lot of my time.

I recently retired from a 30 year career in Education, spending the majority of that time as an Executive Headteacher.
I now consult within the Education sector, work as a MAT Board Trustee, and I support Tallented with their Leadership Recruitment when recruiting Education roles.
The Tallented Bench
In late 2023 we canvassed the TA market, sifted through 3000+ applications across Coordination, Delivery and Leadership roles. We interviewed over 500 of those to form a TA bench that we are confident are some of the strongest freelance TA folk in the market.
