Tallented is a brand-new TA Consultancy that offers Contingent, Embedded and TA Consultancy services.

We’re co-Founded by two former Heads of Talent Acquisition who want to provide a better service for our industry in terms of candidates as well as to our former peers.

Tallented have spent the past 3 months interviewing hundreds of Recruiters and Coordinators for our bench and are now looking to speak to Heads of/Directors of TA that are either looking for work now, or interested in our fractional consultancy offering, ahead of our formal launch during the best week of all to BD... the week before Christmas.

It’s a simple process for those currently looking for work, we’ll meet you, give you critically honest feedback on both your CV and your performance at interview. We only represent candidates in the market that we have met and interviewed, so in order to speak about our jobs in the future, this is a necessary process.

We start off with a fireside chat where we align on how we work and can potentially work with one another.

Assuming alignment, we’ll delve deeper to ensure we capture all the information we need to represent you.

We’ll then share our custom candidate report and give you sight of how we plan to represent you in the market. Should you want it we will also provide feedback on your CV.

We’d love to get you a permanent job, should that be what you are after, however in line with our values of radical honesty, there is probably one suitable role per 25 candidates at the moment, so we’re more likely to engage with you through our fractional consulting service, which we think is unique to the market.

You’ve probably been there yourself; you need an extra pair of hands to help with your EVP, or maybe you haven’t been through an MSP implementation yourself and you need some support once or twice a month to guide you through it.

This is a new product to the TA market that we’re very excited about, and we look forward to speaking to you about this.

We’re anticipating significant response to this, so we will restrict interviews to those who have worked at a Head of level for at least a few years.

Why don't you post jobs for clients?

Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment

What makes you different to other agencies?

We like to think our candidate centric approach sets us apart from the 'big' HR agencies. We see and treat you as people, and get to know you first when interviewing you.

When will you get me a job?

We're focusing on building out our database at the moment, and will start speaking to clients late November/early December - right before Christmas, the infamously best time to start finding work.
