Tallented are delighted to be working again with HISP Multi Academy Trust client to search for a ER & Policies Manager on an initial 12 month contract basis.

The role is being hired on an initial 12 month basis to assist the team with the extra casework, but there is a possibility that this will turn into something more long term, should the successful candidate come from a more general HR background, who would want a business partnering role.
The roles focus for around 75% of the time will be on managing the ER Cases across the Trust. Varying degrees of complexity, but given the sector, candidates who are experienced in resolutions, rather than settlements, are sought.

The head office is based in Eastleigh, with a hybrid working policy, however candidates should be willing to travel around the South Coast to the various schools, including the Isle Of Wight, on occasion. This travel would be expensable.

FAQ
Why should I apply?
Sure, there are probably better ways to spend 30 minutes, after all, that latest Netflix drama about teenage vampires isn't going to binge itself, but 30 minutes with us could get you a job in the future. Season 4 Episode 21 of Vampire Heights High probably wont...
Why don't you post jobs for clients?
Apart from the obvious, (that we're not actively seeking work, but when we do...) we want to be able to provide clients an instant shortlist with people we have already met and qualified. Hence us focusing on building our our database at the moment
What makes you different to other agencies?
We like to think our candidate centric approach sets us apart from the 'big' HR agencies. We see and treat you as people, and get to know you first when interviewing you.
